Enterprise Rebrand Leadership: Orchestrated the 2024 end-to-end award-winning rebrand of West Monroe (Visual, Verbal, and Strategic). Managed the RFP process to secure and direct a lead agency partner, overseeing the 11-month transformation from initial strategy to global launch.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Acted as the primary bridge between agency partners and the C-Suite, facilitating executive reviews and ensuring total alignment between business strategy and creative execution.
Digital Transformation (Brand Compass): Conceptualized, secured budget for, and directed the build of West Monroe’s first centralized Brand Center. Scaled the platform to 1,800+ active users, housing 500+ assets and 50+ strategy pages to serve as the organization’s “single source of truth.”
Organizational Enablement: Designed and deployed a comprehensive training curriculum (Brand 101, Visual/Verbal Deep Dives) to upskill 1,200+ employees, shifting the internal culture from brand compliance
to brand advocacy.
