The Challenge: Designing for the C-Suite
The annual Partner Dinner is a critical executive engagement, requiring a balance of corporate professionalism and bespoke appreciation. The challenge was to:
+ Elevate the Experience: Create a sophisticated, high-end atmosphere for 400 guests at the unique Theater on the Lake venue.
+ Harmonize Elements: Strategically integrate KPMG's established brand blues and standards with the specific environmental and atmospheric cues of the venue (lakefront, wood interior).
+ Ensure Consistency: Manage the creative direction for both the physical environmental design and the on-stage presentation materials to ensure a seamless executive experience.

My Strategic Solution: Environmental Storytelling
I worked collaboratively with the events team, leading the creative execution that translated the brand identity into the physical space:
+ Holistic Creative Direction: Drew inspiration directly from the physical environment (Lakefront views, charming wood interiors) to develop a bespoke visual style that complemented, rather than competed with, the KPMG brand blues.
+ Bespoke Detailing: Utilized a mixture of digital and script typography to introduce a layer of personalization and high-touch sophistication to the design, ensuring the atmosphere felt intentional and exclusive for the 400 executive guests.
+ Integrated Design Workflow: Collaborated with the events team to ensure the visual elements—from signage and collateral to the digital presentation design—worked in harmony to deliver a cohesive experience across the entire venue.
+ Presentation Strategy: Directed the design of on-stage presentations, ensuring executive content was delivered with clarity, professionalism, and strict visual compliance, supporting the speakers' strategic messages.
